HERBERT BYRON CARTER, III
Born and raised in Houston, MS. Byron has spent the majority of his career practicing law in the Jackson, MS area with a few stops in Montgomery, AL. After graduating high school Byron received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 1984 followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College in 1987. While in college he served as an officer in Pi Kappa Alpha social fraternity, an officer in Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity and as a Senator in the Law Student Bar Association.
